Overview

We are a quality building and basement, renovation company based in Sevenoaks Kent with over 30 years experience. We ensure that every project is completed on time and within budget, no matter how big or small the job is our clients receive the same service.  We cover all works from extensions to refurbishments, lofts to basements (top to bottom building). Specialising  in basement conversions new or Victorian, all ground works ie footings, drainage  and  large soil excavation.  We also cover all aspects of under pining details and steel structures working alongside structural engineers, within house to ensure peace of mind, also providing up to 10 year guarantees for workmanship and materials, subject to planning and drawings.

We can also deal with all unwanted water ingress ie rising damp, flood damage, cellar or basement tanking, pumping stations . We are approved and trained contractors for all the above with several accreditations ie Triton and Wykamol and all within house. Our engineers are hard working and a very reliable team.
