“My name is Annabelle and together with my husband Dean we have run South East Timber & Damp for over 15 years helping thousands of homeowners and prospective homeowners, across Kent, South East London and East Sussex.  My background in running large call centres in the travel industry meaning that customer service is at the core of everything we do here and I ensure that a service-based ethos is developed in all our team members and that this is reflected in the service that we deliver you”.

The Team

As a small family-run company we pride ourselves on looking after you from the outset; from initial enquiry, through to completion of works and any after sales support, we will ensure that you are supported every step of the way. Tracey & Karolyn deal with all new enquiries and will discuss with you your requirements. No hard sale and we will give you the best advice to resolve the issues.

All remedial works are carried out by our highly experienced technicians, who have been loyal to us for many years and have each received hundreds of positive feedback's regarding the quality of their work and their helpfulness towards our clients. Finally Annabelle ensures that the whole process runs smoothly and that you are completely satisfied with every aspect of our service.
